Helsinki 2005: SK&I received the Award for Excellence from Delta Associates for The Lofts 590 as the Most Innovative Mid-Atlantic Apartment Community.
Delta Associates also recognized SK&I for Excellence with The Montgomery at Wheaton Metro.
SK&I was the recipient of several 2005 Finest for Family Living "Monument" Awards which recognize superior residential design and community planning.
Groundbreakings in 2005 included Union Row--Flats and Warehouses; Jenkins Row; and The Habitat for Humanity Silverwood Project.
SK&I's 2005 project milestones also included several3. Trade and Fun Fairs helsinki 2005 has a very large Industrial Spring Fair, usually occurring in the first half of April; and Rovaniemi, which practically straddles the line of the Arctic Circle, has an interesting Fur Fair in February-March. 4.
