Furthermore, the Finnish State Railways offer a surprising choice of 42 circular tours— 25 of them mapped out in an official booklet—at 20 per cent below standard fares, available from May 1 to Sept. 30; and in the off-season they offer general tariff reductions of 25 to 50 per cent on return fares. |
